Kalette Salsa Verde

Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- 1 handful kalettes, halved
- 1 tbsp capers
- 4 cornichons
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- Pinch of salt
Method
Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until combined.
Serve with steak, fish or any roast.
