Kalette Pesto

Makes: 1 cup

Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 50g kalettes, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 sprigs parsley
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

Method:

Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth
