Kalette Pesto

Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 50g kalettes, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
- ½ lemon juiced
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 sprigs parsley
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
Method:
Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth
