Quick Kalette Chips

Time: 20 minutes


  • 300g of kalettes
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • ¼ tsp cumin seeds
  • ¼ tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp sea salt


  • Cut kalettes in half and pick off any larger leaves. Arrange kalettes in a single layer on a baking tray.
  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Drizzle kalettes with olive oil and sprinkle over cumin seeds, chilli flakes and sea salt. Bake them for 15-20 minutes or until crisp.
