Perfectly Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Serves 3-4 as a side


  • 450g Brussels Sprouts
  • Olive oil to coat
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper


  • Preheat oven to 180C.
  • Wash and halve sprouts, and toss in olive oil.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Roast for 10 mins and then stir. Roast for a further 15-20 mins or until golden brown and just soft.
  • Serve immediately.
