Quick Kalette Chips

Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 300g of kalettes
- 2 tbs olive oil
- ¼ tsp cumin seeds
- ¼ tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp sea salt
Method:
- Cut kalettes in half and pick off any larger leaves. Arrange kalettes in a single layer on a baking tray.
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Drizzle kalettes with olive oil and sprinkle over cumin seeds, chilli flakes and sea salt. Bake them for 15-20 minutes or until crisp.
