Perfectly Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Serves 3-4 as a side
- 450g Brussels Sprouts
- Olive oil to coat
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Wash and halve sprouts, and toss in olive oil.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Roast for 10 mins and then stir. Roast for a further 15-20 mins or until golden brown and just soft.
- Serve immediately.
